 "Birth Healing" Support Group

The "Birth Healing" support group is held at our clinic, once a month on a Wednesday.  This is an informal group to allow women to talk (or just listen) in a supportive, calm environment about any less than positive birth experience/s they may have had.  It is not just for new Mums, but for any Mum that is holding onto unresolved emotions or anxieties surrounding a previous birth.

RSVP is essential and children are welcome.

Nutrition talks for Parents

We all want the best for our children's health, but it can be overwhelming and confusing to know exactly what the best choices are.  Our nutrition talks offer simple, practical and time-efficent ways to best nurture your children's nutritional wellbeing.  We are well aware of the fact that some children are fussy, or may be unable to eat certain foods due to intolerances and allergies.  We take this into account and will advise you on the best way to prevent deficiencies and to make sure your child does not miss out on the enjoyment of eating tasty foods.

  • Introducing solids
  • Fussy eaters
  • How much should my child be eating?
  • Healthy and simple meal ideas for busy parents
  • Reading food labels, additives and supermarket shopping
  • Special diets - allergies and intolerances

Have an idea that's not on our list? Just let us know, we are happy to tailor a talk to your needs.
