Organic ingredients:  Wheat flour, wholemeal flour, dried apricots (18%), sugar, sultanas, butter [cream, water, salt], Manuka Honey (1.5%), skim milk powder. Also contains baking powder and soy lecithin.

Growing kids need to strengthen their immune systems, so that's why we selected pure organic Manuka Honey for its special medicinal qualities not found in other honeys. We added delicious pure apricots as a good source of beta-carotene, potassium and iron.

We suspected their product would have a few “added extras”, but even our nutritionist was shocked when we translated all those food additive codes found on their packaging.

The home brand bar had 50 ingredients, including artificial colours, flavours, starches, raising agents and emulsifiers, with tongue-twisting chemicals names like butylated hydroxyanisole, hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate, flavoxanthin, and diacetyltartaric and fatty acid esters of glycerol.
