Pre-conception & Pregnancy Nutrition Program

Pre-conception and pregnancy can be a confusing and often overwhelming time for women with so much conflicting advice and information available.  This package will support you with qualified nutrition advice from pre-conception and early pregnancy right through to labour, birth and the post-natal period.

• initial pre-conception or first trimester nutrition consultation
• second trimester nutrition consultation
• third trimester or post-natal nutrition consultation 

What will we talk about?

Every program will be tailored to best suit an individuals needs and circumstances, but here is a guide as to what we will discuss:

• diet and lifestyle recommendations - including what to avoid, the importance of maintaining a healthy body weight, stress reduction and exercise
• how to chart your monthly cycle and identify optimal conception timing
• improving natural fertility and supporting IVF and fertility treatments
• identifying nutrient deficiencies and creating an individual nutrition program
• natural remedies for common pregnancy conditions i.e. morning sickness, constipation, heartburn, headaches
• how optimal nutrition and specific nutrients can benefit your labour and birth
• nutrition to support post-natal recovery, wellbeing and breastfeeding
• anything else that may come up along your journey!
