MASSAGE: Birth in Balance specialises in massage therapies for women.  We offer remedial, relaxation and pregnancy massage and customise our treatments to best suit your needs.  Our clinic is quiet, private and warm. We use heated towels and only the best quality massage and aromatherapy oils.

We have beautiful gift certificates for that special someone and a selection of packages available for purchase.  Health fund rebates may apply, depending on your level of cover.

NUTRITION: Birth in Balance specialises in nutritional consultations for women and their partners wanting to optimise their fertility, as well as pregnancy and post natal health.  Consultations are also available for general dietary issues; children's nutrition; natural health advice; weight loss/gain guidance; food allergies/intolerances; digestive issues e.g. Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease, Candida and much more.

INFANT MASSAGE LESSONS: Birth in Balance offers both group or private Infant Massage Classes. Infant massage uses gentle, tactile stimulation and loving verbal communication to deepen the relationship between a parent and their baby. It is a shared experience, done with the baby not to the baby. The strokes used can be both stimulating and relaxing, depending on each baby's needs and developmental level. It is easy to learn and is a pleasant method of positive interaction.
